Venue set ups can be your decor, our decor or a combination of to get the exact look you are wanting!
This basic venue set up request is based on date availability and is a starting point for your set up. A basic set up usually includes set up of 15 centre pieces and a guest book table, depending on what items you have, for one hour of work. Once we have determined if we are still available on your event date we will email you for more information to determine how long your set up should take to give you a quote on the set up.
If you want to meet in person we can set up a one hour consult to sit down with the head planner and go over your details in person to give you peace of mind that we will get everything just perfect. One hour consults are an additional $75.
Late night tear downs are available as well.
Please note that there is a $0.75/km travel fee for any venue outside of the city of Winnipeg perimeter.
