Submitting your shopping cart is to check for availability of rental items only – ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT IS NOT GUARANTEED OR RESERVED – Please wait for us to contact you with availability for your event date.

 

Terms & Conditions:

A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE PROVIDED ON ALL LARGE ORDERS/SERVICES.

A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $50 ($150 for orders over $400) is due before rental items are released to customer. This fee will be refunded upon return of items less any late fees, shortages, cleaning fees and/or damages. CUSTOMER IS TO PAY FOR ANY FEES AT THE COST DETERMINED BY PEACHY GREEN EVENTS. Fees over and above the $50 or $150 deposit amounts will be billed to the customer and paid within 7 days.

ITEMS MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY FASHION OR THEY MAY BE SUBJECT TO A REPLACEMENT FEE. 

DO NOT STORE LINENS IN PLASTIC BAGS, PLEASE ROLL THEM BACK UP AND TIE WITH STRING OR PLACE IN LINEN BAG(S) IF PROVIDED. IF THEY ARE SOILED PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE TO KEEP FROM MOULDING.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE PACKAGING THEY CAME IN OR A REPLACEMENT/REPACKING FEE MAY BE CHARGED. All rental items and packaging must be kept covered and dry until pick-up or it is returned.

PLEASE REMIND YOUR GUESTS IF THE CENTRE PIECES ARE RENTED and they are not to be taken home or you will be charged the replacement cost.

50% DEPOSIT for Coordinating, Venue Set Up, Rental, Favour Purchase or any other Peachy Green Events Services is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Dates, items and services will only be held if deposit is paid within 7 days of being issued. Once the deposit is paid one free revision is entitled, all other revisions are subject to a fee of $25 per revision or subject to our cancelation policies.

All remaining balances are due 14 days prior to the event.

Cancelations:

Once the 50% deposit is paid it is non refundable. Once the balance is paid in full it is non refundable.

Any amount paid to a third party supplier or service on your behalf is non-refundable and subject to a $75 administrative fee.

Outstanding balances are due 14 days prior to the event, balances not paid by said date may be subject to cancellation of the items and/or services. Any outstanding balances will incur a 2% interest per day after the due date.

Quotes will remain valid for 90 days from date issued but items will not be held until the deposit is paid.

Electrical:

Customer is responsible for all connections from the unit to an adequate power source, no extension cords or power sources provided. Customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for proper installation, connections and power loads on each unit and for each individual circuit. It is recommended to have an electrician install lighting to ensure all electrical codes are met. For outdoor installations a GFI plug is required. Failure to do so may result in injury and damage and a replacement fee determined by Peachy Green Events. 

Delivery & Pick Up:

Delivery is door to door within the city of Winnipeg. A delivery fee will be determined based on the rentals you have ordered, pick ups are charged an additional fee. All deliveries must be at street level & does not include set up and tear down. All pick ups must be packed in the original packaging provided or a packing fee may be charged. Travel costs will be added for deliveries past the city of Winnipeg perimeter.

Unless otherwise stated all orders will be picked up and returned to Peachy Green Events office at a predetermined appointment time on the Friday before the event weekend and returned the Monday after the event weekend. Early pick ups & late returns are subject to a fee determined by Peachy Green Events.

Appointment times and pick up instructions will be provided one week prior to your event.

Third Party Items:

Peachy Green Events is not responsible for any loss or damages to items not belonging to Peachy  Green Events, whether belonging to the customer or a third party. Any damages or losses happening during transportation, set up, time between set up and tear down, tear down or as a result of faulty equipment or inclement weather are not the responsibility of Peachy Green Events and the customer assumes all responsibilities and damage or loss costs that incur as a result.

Favour Terms & Conditions:

Allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery, our items are handmade with care and take time to produce. Rush orders must be agreed upon before signing this agreement and are subject to an extra rush fee and express shipping costs but are not guaranteed (see shipping paragraph below).

Shipping is through Canada Post unless otherwise discussed. Packages are insured by Canada Post and any damages, shortages and/or lost or late packages and are the responsibility of the shipper and not of Peachy Green Events.
