Submitting your shopping cart is to check for availability of rental items only – ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT IS NOT GUARANTEED OR RESERVED – Please wait for us to contact you with availability for your event date.

 

Event Planning, Venue Set up, Favours & Rentals Terms & Conditions:

A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE PROVIDED ON ALL ORDERS/SERVICES.

A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $50, $150 for rental orders of $400 or more and $500 on Peachy Green Sidecar rentals is due before rental items are released to customer. This fee will be refunded upon return of items less any late fees, shortages, cleaning fees and/or damages. CUSTOMER IS TO PAY FOR ANY FEES AT THE COST DETERMINED BY PEACHY GREEN EVENTS. Fees over and above the $50, $150 or $500 deposit amounts will be billed to the customer and paid within 7 days of issue.

ITEMS MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY FASHION OR THEY MAY BE SUBJECT TO A REPLACEMENT FEE. 

DO NOT STORE LINENS IN PLASTIC BAGS, PLEASE ROLL THEM BACK UP AND TIE WITH STRING OR PLACE IN LINEN BAG(S) IF PROVIDED. IF THEY ARE SOILED PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE TO KEEP FROM MOULDING.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE PACKAGING THEY CAME IN OR A REPLACEMENT/REPACKING FEE MAY BE CHARGED. All rental items and packaging must be kept covered and dry until pick-up or it is returned.

PLEASE REMIND YOUR GUESTS IF THE CENTRE PIECES ARE RENTED and they are not to be taken home or you will be charged the replacement cost.

A 50% DEPOSIT for Coordinating, Venue Set Up, Rental, Sidecar Booking, Favour Purchase or any other Peachy Green Events Services is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Dates, items and services will only be held if deposit is paid within 7 days of being issued. Once the deposit is paid one free revision is entitled, all other revisions are subject to a fee of $25 per revision or subject to our cancelation policies.

All remaining balances are due 14 days prior to the event.

The Peachy Green Sidecar:

Cancelations:

Once the 50% deposit is paid it is non refundable. Once the balance is paid in full it is non refundable.

Any amount paid to a third party supplier or service on your behalf is non-refundable and subject to a $75 administrative fee.

Outstanding balances are due 14 days prior to the event, balances not paid by said date may be subject to cancellation of the items and/or services. Any outstanding balances will incur a 2% interest per day after the due date.

Quotes will remain valid for 90 days from date issued but items will not be held until the deposit is paid.

Electrical:

Customer is responsible for all connections from the unit to an adequate power source, no extension cords or power sources provided. Customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for proper installation, connections and power loads on each unit and for each individual circuit. It is recommended to have an electrician install lighting to ensure all electrical codes are met. For outdoor installations a GFI plug is required. Failure to do so may result in injury and damage and a replacement fee determined by Peachy Green Events. 

Delivery & Pick Up:

Delivery is door to door within the city of Winnipeg. A delivery fee will be determined based on the rentals you have ordered, pick ups are charged an additional fee. All deliveries must be at street level & does not include set up and tear down. All pick ups must be packed in the original packaging provided or a packing fee may be charged. Travel costs will be added for deliveries, including Sidecar delivery past the city of Winnipeg perimeter for each direction.

Unless otherwise stated all orders will be picked up and returned to Peachy Green Events office at a predetermined appointment time on the Friday before the event weekend and returned the Monday after the event weekend. Early pick ups & late returns are subject to a fee determined by Peachy Green Events.

Appointment times and pick up instructions will be provided one week prior to your event.

Third Party Items:

Peachy Green Events is not responsible for any loss or damages to items not belonging to Peachy  Green Events, whether belonging to the customer or a third party. Any damages or losses happening during transportation, set up, time between set up and tear down, tear down or as a result of faulty equipment or inclement weather are not the responsibility of Peachy Green Events and the customer assumes all responsibilities and damage or loss costs that incur as a result.

Favour Terms & Conditions:

Allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery, our items are handmade with care and take time to produce. Rush orders must be agreed upon before signing this agreement and are subject to an extra rush fee and express shipping costs but are not guaranteed (see shipping paragraph below).

Shipping is through Canada Post unless otherwise discussed. Packages are insured by Canada Post and any damages, shortages and/or lost or late packages and are the responsibility of the shipper and not of Peachy Green Events.

Liability:

The customer will hold Peachy Green Events, it’s owner(s) and staff are free from all liabilities and risks associated with any function or event they are supplying rentals, third party items, staff or services for. By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Peachy Green Events, it’s owner(s) or staff for any reason.

The Peachy Green Sidecar Terms & Conditions:

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of $500 is due at the time of the final payment. This fee will be refunded upon return of the Sidecar less any late fees, shortages, cleaning fees and/or damages. Customer is to pay for any fees at the cost determined by Peachy Green Events. Fees over and above the $500 deposit amount will be billed to the customer and paid within 7 days of issue.

Payment:

A 50% DEPOSIT is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Dates will only be held if deposit is paid within 7 days of being issued. Once the deposit is paid one free revision is entitled, all other revisions are subject to a fee of $25 per revision or subject to our cancelation policies. A valid credit card must be provided on all rentals.

Outstanding balances are due 14 days prior to the event, balances not paid by said date may be subject to cancellation of the items and/or services. Any outstanding balances will incur a 2% interest per day after the due date.

Gratuity, our bartenders will place a tip jar out for guests to tip otherwise a $50 tip, per bartender, can be paid by cash in advance.

Operation:

The Sidecar is a dry bar service and Peachy Green Events is not responsible for purchasing or supplying any beverages (alcoholic or non), stemware or garnishes not outlined on our website. We will provide the proper bar staff with certified bartending certificates accordance with the LGA unless previously agreed upon. All special occasion permits must be acquired by the customer.

Times, supplies and staff are all outlined online according to the package you have purchased unless other arrangements have been made.

Peachy Green Events will not be held responsible for any damages to property or persons associated with it’s rental or services. The customer must assure there is a level parking spot to park the trailer on and adequate access space to tow the trailer onto and off of the property free from and debris, mud, obstacles or uneven ground.

The Sidecar must not be altered in any fashion for any reason.

Bartender Requirements:

No person(s), besides agreed upon LGA certified bartenders, are permitted inside of the Sidecar as per LGA and Manitoba Health requirements unless during agreed upon photo shoots before the bar is stocked.

At the end of the function the staff must sanitize the Sidecar and no debris, recycling, compostables or garbage may be left behind.

The staff must operate the Sidecar in accordance to the LGA and Manitoba Health requirements. Failure to do so may result in penalties and fees through the LGA, Manitoba Health or Peachy Green Events.

Delivery:

Peachy Green will tow the trailer to and from the function unless otherwise agreed upon. In the event that Peachy Green is not transporting the vehicle, the client is responsible for all violations and infractions under the highway and traffic act while the Sidecar is under their control. Only the person listed below is permitted to tow the Sidecar.

Delivery is door to door within the city of Winnipeg. Travel costs will be added for deliveries past the city of Winnipeg perimeter at a fee of $1/km each direction.

A delivery time will be confirmed one week prior to the event date.

The Sidecar will be stocked with compostable cups, two each per person for beer, spirits and wine, basic garnishes, ice, one container of potable water for the hand washing sink and sanitization equipment.

Food:

Food service of any sort is not permitted in the Sidecar. Failure to comply may result in penalties and fees through the LGA, Manitoba Health or Peachy Green Events.

Electrical:

Customers are to supply two electrical, three prong plugs on a dedicated circuit. When possible we will run the Sidecar off of solar power.

Cancelations:

Once the 50% deposit is paid it is non refundable. Once the balance is paid in full it is non refundable.

Any amount paid to a third party supplier or service on your behalf is non-refundable and subject to a $75 administrative fee.

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Peachy Green Events, it’s owner(s) and staff from all liability relating to injuries, damages or fines that may occur during any event or function they are associated with or supplying services, rentals and/or third party items for, at any function location or to any persons at the function. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Peachy Green Events, it’s owner(s) and staff entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, damages or fines incurred, regardless of whether injuries, damages or fines are caused by negligence. By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Peachy Green Events, it’s owner(s) or staff for any reason.
