IT MAY BE SMALL BUT WE TAKE CARE OF IT ALL

Great for showers, birthdays, staff parties, luncheons or any small event.

This day of package for small events with less than 50 guests with a 4 hours or less timeline:

  • Meet with client for 1 hour consult
  • Assist in vendor selection
  • Confirm vendors
  • Assist in menu selection
  • Assist in decor styling
  •  Receive deliveries at venue
  • Distribute deliveries such as flowers (basic set up only, please contact us for additional set up & tear down services)
  • Greet vendors and review timelines (we can provide staffing for venues that do not have their own staffing, additional charges will apply)
  • Oversee venue set up
  • Ensure timeline is kept throughout the night
  • Distribute payments on clients behalf
  • Secure all gifts/auction prizes with authorized persons or vehicles
  • Troubleshoot any situations

A TOUCH OF GREEN

Great for weddings, fundraisers, family reunions or any larger event you may be planning.

This day of package for larger events with 50+ guests and a 12 hours or less timeline includes:

  • 2 hour consult with clients to develop a day of timeline
  • Receive deliveries at venue
  • Distribute deliveries such as flowers (please contact us if you require staff for set up & tear down services)
  • Greet vendors & review timelines
  • Oversee setup of ceremony (weddings only) & reception including favors, programs & seating chart
  • Review timeline with the clients
  • Assist guests & ushers with ceremony seating & distribute programs (weddings only)
  • Assist special guests
  • Cue music, wedding party & bride for walking down the aisle (weddings only)
  • Ensure reception area is set up by set up crew
  • Assist caterers, entertainment & reception staff to keep to the timeline
  • Ensure all whom are giving speeches are ready
  • Cue music for dancing
  • Distribute payments on clients behalf
  • Secure all gifts with authorized persons or vehicle
  • Ensure transportation is on time
  • Troubleshoot any situations

ECO WEEK

This Week of Event Package Includes:

  • All of the day of services listed in the A Touch of Green package plus,
  • Vendor confirmations
  • Ceremony *site walk through (weddings only)
  • Reception *site walk through
  • Attendance & direction at *rehearsal (maximum 2 hours, for weddings only)

This Full Event Planning Package Includes:

  • All of the A Touch of Green and Eco Week  package services plus,
  • Assistance with theme selection
  • Decor & design assistance
  • Budget management
  • Eco vendor and venue research & recommendations
  • Attendance at one meeting for your choice of each venue, photographer, caterer & entertainment and so on
  • Vendor contract review
  • Personalized event calendar
  • Guest list management
  • Assistance with menu selection
  • Assistance with bride & grooms attire selection
  • Assistance with seating chart

*Cost of 15% of the final wedding budget, with the minimum being $3,000

 

 

Event Planning & Decor Styling Consultations

Book a consultation for your wedding or any other event and pick our head planners brain for ideas and information. Then you can either continue planning your event on your own, or choose to have us help you plan with one of our 3 Wedding Coordination Packages. Or if you need help in just one or 2 areas you can pick and choose from our  A La Carte Event Planning menu. Our consultations are $150 for up to 2 hours with the planner (including travel time) and if you choose one of our packages the cost of the consultation will go towards that package price!

*Additional assistants are needed for events over 100 people at a rate of $35 per hour & per assistant.

*Site walk throughs and rehearsals that are outside of the city of Winnipeg Perimeter Hwy are subject to travel expenses and additional hourly wages for 30 minutes+ of transportation time from city center.

*Travel expenses will occur for any event outside of the the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway at 0.75 cents/km and an additional fee for accommodations may be added if applicable.

*All prices are subject to taxes
